CollabDates is a website that allows uploading, sharing, and viewing of various types of user-generated content.
The operator of this website is not the producer (whether primary or secondary as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257) of any of the content found the website. The operator's activities, with respect to such content, are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of depictions posted directly to the website by third party users, on areas of the website under the users control.
All inquiries regarding §2257 records in relation to any user-generated content found on this website should be directed to the respective users who uploaded that content.
CollabDates requires all users to certify that they are at least 18 years of age in order to be able to upload user-generated content. In addition, users my report content as inappropriate, and CollabDates can take action by removing such content, and, in some cases, by banning or suspending the account of the user who posted the reported content.
